• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
• Sharing accounts or credentials is prohibited unless you have a multi-user plan.

The platform allows users to upload photos and job details to receive AI-assisted junk removal price estimates.

• Photo-based estimate generation
• AI item and volume analysis
• Lead routing to service providers
• Scheduling and provider matching
• Provider APIs and estimate integrations

Estimates generated through the platform are informational only and do not constitute binding final quotes.

• Actual pricing may vary after on-site review.
• Estimates depend on uploaded photos and provided details.
• Hidden items, access restrictions, or additional volume may affect pricing.
• We do not guarantee estimate accuracy.

We may connect users with independent junk removal companies.

• Providers are independent businesses.
• We do not guarantee provider availability or quality.
• Pricing, scheduling, and service terms are determined by the provider.
• Disputes regarding services must be resolved directly with the provider.

• You grant us permission to process uploaded photos for estimate generation.
• You confirm you have rights to upload submitted content.
• You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or unrelated material.
• Photos may be shared with participating service providers.

• Lead distribution may depend on provider availability, location, and service rules.
• Some leads may be sold exclusively to a single provider.
• We do not guarantee lead volume, conversion rates, or booking results.
• Fraudulent submissions or spam activity may result in suspension.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT (INCLUDING IMPROVED RANKINGS, TRAFFIC, OR REVENUE). WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT EMBEDDINGS, UMAP PROJECTIONS, OR CLUSTERING WILL BE 100% ACCURATE OR FREE FROM ERRORS. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

• You may stop using the service at any time by canceling your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms (including fair use policy), create risk, misuse the service, or fail to pay fees.
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
• You may export your data before termination; after termination, we may delete your data per our retention policy.
• Certain provisions (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute resolution) survive termination.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information (including embeddings, UMAP data, and analysis results). By using the service, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice (such as a banner, email, or in-app notification). Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
